The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of real estate transactions, from drafting contracts to coordinating escrow and closing procedures
- Engage with clients, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate prompt and accurate information sharing
- Compile and disperse essential paperwork to all transaction parties
- Maintain meticulous transaction records and documentation
- Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Keep abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate contractors, clients, and legal entities, assisting in scheduling and tracking repairs
- Input listings into document tracking systems and MLS platforms
- Prepare listing documents and arrange for photos and signs for listings
- Manage daily office opening and closing procedures
- Organize and participate in events related to the closing process, including moving schedules
- Perform miscellaneous office tasks to uphold smooth office operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Transaction Coordinator or in the real estate industry is preferred
- Knowledge of escrow, mortgage servicing, and basic math skills is beneficial
- Proficiency in using 10-key typing for data entry purposes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation
