Natural Bridge State Resort Park is located next to the Red River Gorge National Geological area in Slade, Kentucky. Named after the 78-foot long and 65 feet high Sandstone Arche located on the park. Natural Bridge State Resort Park offers over 20 miles of scenic hiking trails for visitors of all ages. Primary duties of the Parks Group Sales Coordinator Position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Performs sales calls to government, military, associations, corporations and other meeting markets, outgoing prospecting calls and incoming sales inquiries to solicit new business.
• Liaise with potential clients to understand their group booking requirements and preferences.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes tailored to the needs of each client.
• Coordinate group bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

Work is typically performed in an office setting. Travel will be required to conduct outside sales calls.

Probationary Period

This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
