Johnson County Mental Health is hiring a Dual Diagnosis Case Manager to work in their Adult Services Dual Diagnosis Outpatient Program. The Case Manager will work as part of a treatment team to provide services to support individuals that have a substance use and mental health diagnosis. The focus is on recovery, primarily using the Strengths Based Model of practice. This position will remain open until filled. Other duties include:
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Experience may be substituted for degree. Education may be substituted for experience.
One (1) year of work-related experience preferred.
