We are looking for a dynamic group sales coordinator (associate level) to execute our group sales strategy within the broader US market.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement our group sales strategy within the Americas stage and across our business units. Working closely with reservations, chauffeurs, dispatch team, and other group sales coordinators you will ensure successful planning and execution of group bookings from the initial phone call to planning and execution of the event.
As you work effectively in our cross-functional environment, you will assist Destination management groups(DMCs), wedding coordinators and other to manage transportation for groups that effectively serve the needs of our clients and customers.
Our ideal candidate will have one to five years of group sales experience in transportation. A track record of sales planning and forecasting, understanding hospitality and transportation, and providing effective communication with other team members, clients, and partners is preferred. Your background will show that you’ve attained and/or exceeded sales objectives in previous positions.
