HR Coordinator - Lexington, SC The Blueprint (Role Profile) Apex Tool Group is looking for an HR Coordinator based in our Lexington, SC facility. The HR Coordinator will play a dual role leading key strategic projects for the Global Power Tools business unit as well as supporting Talent Management in key Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives and activities. He/she will gain practical experience in business and Human Resources by collaborating with HR leaders and business leaders, analyzing data, and presenting thoughtful recommendations for Operations, Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to align HR and its impact the business. This position report to both the Director, HR (Global Power Tools) and the Sr Manager, Talent Management. Come build your future with us! The Build (Responsibilities) · Supports strategic projects for the Global Power Tools (GPT) business unit and HR team. · Provides results to key internal stakeholders. · Supports the full employee lifecycle, including HR orientations, feedback meetings, and exit interviews. · Supports the GPT Sales team as the key administrative contact for the Fleet Management program. · Stays up to date on HR laws and regulations and ensures compliance in all HR activities. · Assist with recruit for hourly positions—source, phone screen and schedule candidates. · Acts as the administrator for the Global Learning Management System (LMS) platform, Learn Upon. · Troubleshoots LMS issues reported by end-users and training administrators and provides technical support where appropriate; escalates issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary. · Report training and attendance metrics, including data merges from multiple systems for concise executive level reporting. · Work with other departments/teams to manage integration and data transfer between the LMS and other applications such as the internal HR database. · Monitor and maintain quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all information and data residing in the LMS. The Toolbox (Qualifications) · Recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, or other Business major OR in a similar field. · Microsoft Office is life –proven, proficient user of MS Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word). · High level of comfort in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects efficiently and changing priorities. · Strong attention to detail. · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to fully own and have pride in the work assigned. · Previous internship or work experience preferred.
