Job Overview & Work Site

What we treat. 

Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab, joint and spine management. In addition to our outpatient orthopedic focus, we have also grown quickly as a premier treatment provider for patients with neurologic, dizziness, and balance issues.  

How we do it. 

We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. You'll also get to work in a multidisciplinary collaboration with our physician/surgeon colleagues at Pardee UNC Health Care.

License & Experience

Position responsibilities:

• Assisting Site Manager in all areas of treating schedule flow
• Calling patient workque
•  Facilitate helping to move patients as needed or adjusting to keep schedule full while helping patients to fulfill their plan of care
• Chatting with each site to offer assistance to fill schedule
• Facilitating worklists and followup reports and coordinating with front desk to reach out to patients

Position involves communication with all front desk locations regarding backfilling of their schedule and workque, worklist needs. 

Bonus system possibility based on monthly lost visit improvements.
