The Regional Transition Coordinators (RTC) will develop training materials and guidance documents and provide training and technical assistance following evidence-based practices focused on competitive integrated employment (CIE) to regional interagency transition teams that are Pathways to Partnerships (P2P) pilot sites.
The goal is to grow the capacity of collaborative regional teams across the state to design and develop systems of support that will increase CIE for students with disabilities aged 10 through 21.
