Development Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. This position is responsible for the coordination of health care services for patients of the CDD Autism Center. This includes being the first point of contact for patients and families, directing them for scheduling of needed services, helping to coordinate their visit to our multi-disciplinary clinic and ensure timely transitions between specialized care provider appointments. This position may also provide social work services to patients and families. In addition, this position may help families connect with the Research Coordinator on the day of appointment.
