    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Property Management Coordinator

    The Property Management Coordinator is a main point person for all of Fading West's properties that are both rented and sold. This position adds unique value to the organization by being a public facing figure to our renters / buyers while facilitating smooth internal processes to ensure proper documentation, revenue streams, and property maintenance. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage Fading West’s employee and contract workforce rental housing program.
      • Assist in identifying and securing rental housing units for Fading West workforce.
      • Serve as a primary point of contact within Fading West for 3rd party landlords.
      • Coordinate signing of lease agreements.
      • Manage collection and payment of rent, security deposits, cleaning fees, late fees, etc.
      • Oversee tenant turnover (coordinate and schedule cleanings, repairs, etc.)
    • Temporarily assist in managing the HOA for the Farm (until turned over to homeowners)
      • Monitor HOA mailbox, respond to homeowner inquiries.
      • Coordinate service and warranty requests with Fading West Construction and 3rd party subcontractors.
      • Enforce HOA rules and regulations.
    • Provide support in coordinating the sales of homes for Fading West and affiliated entities.
      • Work with third-party brokers
      • Update, confirm accurate information on property and third-party sites (Zillow, redfin etc.)
    • ​​​​​​​Other Duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2 years of property management or related administrative experience.
    • Highly organized
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with lease agreements or similar legal documents.
    • Computer literate, strong level of comfort with basic Microsoft Office applications
    • Property Management / Real Estate Brokerage License
    • Bilingual Applicants (English / Spanish) Preferred

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • In-Person (this position cannot be performed remotely)
    • This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement, intellectual property rights agreement, and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement
    • Background check results that meet Fading West’s standards
    • Reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant
    • May be required to regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 50 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
    • Must be competent and comfortable in basic computer skills and navigating modern technology

    COMPENSATION

    • Salary Rate Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per/year
      (Rate commensurate with experience)
    • Fading West rigorously adheres to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-201(1)
