We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our sales team here a Xenium Development.* As an Entry Level Retail Sales Associate, you will be trained, from the ground up, on all aspects of our client accounts and retail campaigns. By directly communicating with customers on a daily basis, you will be an integral part of our client’s retail brand marketing initiatives by demonstrating product knowledge, customer service, and support. This is an entry-level role and no experience is necessary.Here at Xenium Development, we pride ourselves on our home-grown development and training process. As an Entry Level Retail Sales Associate, you will learn all the intricacies of client and brand management, lead generation, compliance standards, and customer acquisition. By learning how to analyze market trends, both local and national, the Entry Level Retail Sales Associate* will be able to best assist our Sales team through campaign optimization. Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Attend all necessary training meeting and conferences
• Meet with the sales and Assistant teams daily
• Handle all customer interactions with high levels of compliance
• Develop personal customer relationships and rapport
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to optimize for clients
• Develop campaign information for current and future clients
• Assist in expansion opportunities
• Attend national conferences to further develop industry skill set

Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working in group settings or individually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
