    As the leading public adjusting firm in the U.S, every claim we take on serves as a constant reminder that insurance companies are not willing to pay the amount the insured home/ business owner is entitled to. We're looking for enthusiastic, driven, experienced and dedicated sales professionals to join the Noble team as Field Public Adjusters to assist the insured and help them obtain what is rightfully theirs.

    As a Sales Public Adjuster, you will educate and protect insured homeowners and business owners in the event of damage to their assets. You will independently network to generate sales as well as utilize provided leads to obtain LORs, along with other duties such as conducting property inspections to scope for damages.

    Reporting directly to your regional manager, you will foster close working relationships with internal and external clientele. This position has a weekly salary with the potential to earn much more through incentives.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a public adjusting license
    • Must have at least 2 years of proven and quantifiable sales experience.
    • Open to flexibility- you must be available to work some Sundays and some holidays as needed, as well as open to traveling outside of your region. Our company never works from Friday sundown through Saturday sundown- so you will still have your free time each week!
    • Must be self-disciplined and independent, but also an agreeable team player.
    • Have a proven ability to adapt to many changes in a very fast-paced environment.
    • Maintain urgency and professionalism to resolve complex client issues or concerns.

    Requirements and Responsibilities:

    Using your proven experience and knowledge of both public adjusting and sales, you will network in your region using company generated and self-sought leads.

    • Responsible for finding and engaging with new clients through referrals, networking and other creative avenues.
    • Provide a high level of professionalism and a warm experience to all clients and potential leads.
    • Confer and assist in client-related issues as needed to maintain phenomenal client relations.
    • Obtain and utilize territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration.
    • Accurately document all pertinent information into our internal client management system.
    • Attend sales meetings and training as required.
    • You must meet and maintain sales targets and quotas on a weekly basis.

    *Noble pays for the cost of licensing for all employees.

    • Effectively manage appointments via phone and in-person by allocating appropriate time to prioritize goals, requirements and opportunities.
    • Evaluate existing insurance policies and property damage in order to determine which coverage(s) will be applicable to the property’s loss.
    • Demonstrate an excellent ability to meet the demands of consultative selling with effectiveness and determination; act promptly to take advantage of multiple opportunities.
    • Remain positive in sales situations and persist to achieve sales goals despite barriers or difficulties by changing strategies and doubling efforts or employing other sales techniques.
    • Use appropriate interpersonal styles, clear communication and empathy to consistently and professionally build trust and confidence with clients and our industry partners.
    • Communicate and interact effectively with internal team partners to achieve goals.
    • Relish on-going self-initiated learning, assimilate new information quickly, and welcome feedback and apply knowledge to practical use on the job.
