Desktop Technician

CommuniCare Health Services is a world-class provider of health care services throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Indiana, Missouri, Virginia, and West Virginia. We are currently seeking a full-time Desktop Technician in our IT department to support our facilities and Home Office Staff. This is a full time position that will be based out of our corporate offices located in Charleston, WV.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the Setup, Repair and Deployment of laptops and desktops.
• Manage logistics of incoming and outgoing IT shipments.
• Maintain an organized inventory of all equipment.
• Setup and deploy new printers.
• Provide assistance in maintaining IT asset inventory.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Inventory control management and logistics experience
• At least three years’ experience in a Technical Support field, troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
• Exceptional attention to detail; thorough when investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently -- candidate must be a "self-starter".
• Technical Certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM or MDM solution a plus.
