Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator and an Assistant to join our team. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate presses according to specifications and job requirements
- Load materials onto the press and adjust settings as needed
- Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on presses to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Basic programming skills for press operation
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
