DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the creative design, layout, and coding of all our customer-facing websites. 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Design visually appealing webpages that are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with company objectives

•Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to present creative design concepts and gather feedback

•Translate design concepts into high quality digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma

•Meet with internal/external clients to establish the purpose of the website based upon its target audience

•Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all web assets

•Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, and the Consumer Call Center to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results

•Manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity

•Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs and user experience

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management 

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training 

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment 

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Strong working knowledge of web applications and server management preferred

•Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Desktop Publishing Software, Figma, or similar software preferred

•Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices in creative design preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 3 years of experience in web design using Adobe Creative Suite Collection

•At least 3 years of experience in web programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap HTML

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of web development and applications management experience preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, or related field, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION

•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
