    Your Role and Impact

    As a vital member of our team, you'll guide our valued customers through the planning, designing, and purchasing processes for cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and more. Your expertise in utilizing design software will be greatly valued, as will your ability to collaborate onsite and in the field.

    Your Responsibilities

    · Cultivate a robust sales pipeline and develop new opportunities through professional networking.

    · Masterfully plan spaces and design kitchen/bath projects that resonate with our clientele.

    · Select the perfect materials with clients, ensuring their vision comes to life.

    What You Bring to the Table

    · Experience in Kitchen Design (3 years preferred)

    · Strong academic background (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    · Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

    · A customer-first attitude paired with a knack for problem-solving and takes initiative

    · A driven, detail-oriented mindset with a flair for creativity

    · Experience in drafting required (software such as chief architect)

    · Sales and presentation skills

    · Tech savvy and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft office, and design software

    · Ability to read construction sets

    · A love of design
