Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise

- QuickBooks experience a plus!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
