Title: Design Engineer

Location: Wichita, KS//Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

• Design, validation, manufacture, and delivery of aircraft Fuselage and propulsion structure components.
• Areas of expertise may include primary and secondary structure design, payloads design, and lofting
• Design of components considering Tolerance stack up, cost eectiveness, manufacturability, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Expertise on GD&T Functional Tolerance and Annotations
• Collaborate with stakeholders - Present Reviews and gate checks - prelim, Intermediate and Critical design review
• Present the solution in the meetings to various stake holders of the customer.
• Ensure to meet the agreed schedule with the customer and their suppliers by releasing the parts.

Qualications Basic

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical /Production engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in Aerospace Industry as a Design Engineer.
• Comprehensive knowledge on Fuselage, Nacelle, and Thrust Reverser.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
• Experience in CATIA V5 (Surface design, Sheet metal, Tubing\Ducting, Composites)
• Experience in Enovia
• Experience in the design of Aero-structures \Nacelle Systems
• Strong oral and writen communication skills
