Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Design Engineer work is closely managed. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in Mechanical Design for Buildings.
The Mechanical Engineer will work alongside engineers and architects as part of a design team applying mechanical engineering principles towards the successful design of low to mid-rise new construction projects, as well as evaluating existing buildings for renovations or reuse.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with Mechanical Emphasis from an ABET accredited University and 3-10 years' experience. Engineering in Training (EIT) certification required, but a Professional Engineer (PE) license is desirable.
