Our growing Pediatric dental specialty office in Dayville, CT is looking for a Pediatric Dentist to join our team on a permanent and long-term basis.
We currently have a full-time or part-time opening in our Dayville, CT office.
We are a Pediatric dentist owned Private practice and not a DSO.
We're flexible on the exact number or days of the week.
We're open 9:30 am – 5:30 pm with no weekends.
Compensation :We can offer a competitive daily minimum of $1,300 - $1,400 and quarterly bonus based of Forty (40 %) percent of collections.
Hygiene and operative procedures both count towards the Doctors production.
We offer Nitrous and also do Sedation cases in our office with a Dental Anesthesiologist.
We are also open to the possibility of an eventual equity buy-in at some point.
