Dentist examines and treats diseases and injuries of teeth and gums. Performs preventative and maintenance dentistry and educates the patient in proper tooth and gum care. Being a Dentist recommends braces or surgery to correct any malformations. Requires a doctorate degree in dentistry, either a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Dentist requires a state licensed to practice. Typically reports to a top management. Dentist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Responsibilities-
Interacting with patients and instructing them on proper oral care; developing oral hygiene treatment plans to manage, improve, and treat dental and oral health issues to improve overall oral hygiene

Performing procedures such as exams, fillings, extractions, denture-related services, and other duties to ensure healthy teeth and mouth.
- Ordering x-rays.
- Applying helpful agents to teeth, such as SDF and fluoride varnish, when necessary.
- Keeping records relating to the oral health of patients and the treatments given to them.
- Managing and communicating with the family or responsible parties and facility to ensure that the patient has the proper support for successful daily oral hygiene.
- Clinic day is approximately 9am-3pm
