Skills:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and experience with ordering supplies
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Strong understanding of food service management principles and practices
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
