As a Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the deli department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure the deli department operates efficiently and meets all health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory control and order necessary supplies to meet customer demand
- Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring products are properly stored and rotated
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, special orders, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for deli staff and provide coaching and feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional teamwork

Skills:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and experience with ordering supplies
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Strong understanding of food service management principles and practices
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.75 - $29.50 per hour
