Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Clerk to join our team. As a Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their food orders. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers in a positive and friendly atmosphere. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Duties:

- Greet customers face to face or via telephone and assist them with their questions around menu items, specials, etc
- Process customer transactions accurately using a point of sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and lobby area
- Restocking supplies as needed.
- Promote special offers or promotions to customers
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

-Evening and weekend shirts are required
- Excellent face to face and telephone customer service skills
- Previous experience using point of sale system preferred
- Knowledge of menu items is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
