Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Decision Support will provide oversight and leadership for the development and administration of the Decision Support function of Goshen Health. The Director will be responsible for leading and directing a team of data, business and financial analysts that will maintain expertise in both Hospital and Physician practice operations. The purpose of the Decision Support function is to collaborate with leaders across the health system, provide data and analysis in useful formats that enable actionable insight to operations, and to facilitate solutions that allow for informed decision making, resulting in improved costs to deliver patient care and overall health system financial performance. This individual will be responsible for establishing and executing a vision for the delivery of information and analytics to key stakeholders that elevates the organization’s financial analytical intelligence.
