The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Sport Clips (SCI) marketing strategies that engage clients across multiple channels (Areas of Focus: Salesforce, Analytics) to ensure their needs are met and to provide timely, attentive, upbeat service. Helping drive the maintenance and service arm of franchisee digital support, the Digital Service Agent directly aides in the evolution and advancement of Sport Clips digital marketing objectives and goals. This position is rooted in service, strategic, committed to results, and can provide simple-to-understand guidance to partners outside of the SCI Marketing Dept.
Scope:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the end-to-end customer service process and maintaining policies to facilitate continuously efficient and improved client support. The primary focus of this role will be to provide customer support to Sport Clips Team Leaders (franchisees) and their use of marketing emails utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaigns including acquisition, customer journeys, and relationship growth. Success in the position will entail someone who is a self-starter, hands-on practitioner, experienced in explaining complicated processes in any easy to digest manner, and can balance many tasks & projects at once. They will have a proven track record of success in a service-based role, superior time management skills, and experience integrating with other marketing channels.
Key Criteria/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related field with directly relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer service processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and history of flawless execution.
- Understanding of campaign maintenance and automated efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of email best practices and UX design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, AMPscript, and web content management systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and excellent written and oral communicator; can explain complex subject matter to a broad audience.
- Ability to think strategically, execute quickly, and drive multiple objectives.
- Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone, occasionally standing for periods of time, lifting up to 25 lbs., and walking.
