Sentient Insights is seeking a Creative Services Specialist to join our team of researchers, behavioral scientists and technologists in our Portsmouth, NH location. Sentient Insights builds business insights products using the theories, techniques and technologies developed by Sentient Labs. These products are automated and answer recurrent business questions, bringing the benefits of behavioral science to business, at scale.

Position Details
The Creative Services Specialist is responsible for the design, production and management of graphics, reports, assets, and initiatives with a wide variety of deliverables specifically created for Sentient brands, and its customers. This position works collaboratively within the marketing, sales, research departments, and with outside contractors to produce integrated and cohesive design solutions across all Sentient touchpoints. Has excellent design skills with the ability to communicate complex results in an intuitive and innovative way. This is a full-time role, reporting to our SVP of Brand & Platform Strategy.
What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the marketing team on the creation of web, print, video, and social media assets.
• Provides inspired, on-brand creative

• Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to absorb and apply creative feedback

• Creates web pages and blog posts

• Designs and develops social media posts

• Develops brochures and print assets for tradeshow events

• Video editing and film production

• Assist platform research staff in the development of insight reports.
• Designing insight reports

• Creation of graphics and video assets for reports

• Helps to advance and improve ease of use and understanding of report visuals

• Assisting in quality assurance

• Planning and analysis of marketing campaigns and industry trends.
• Assists in the planning, programming, and execution of campaign strategies

• Keeps current and curious with developing trends in market research

• Reports on campaign performance
