Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Responsibilities

    • Provide overall administrative support to the Document Control team.
    • Assist the project team in the maintenance of construction management documentation.
    • Attend and document Client and Staff Meetings.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documentation.
    • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings.
    • Maintain documents under safe custody without any damage or deterioration while maintaining traceability.
    • Assist Turnover Team- audit completed binders, electronic files, and securely store documents. 
    • Assist project team in tracking and managing different versions of documents.
    • Implementation and maintenance of project filing system.
    • Ensure that all documentation meets formal requirements and adheres to necessary standard.

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

    • High School Diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
    • Requires 3 years of experience in the field or related area.
    • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • 3 years experience as an administrative support professional
    • Document control experince 
    • Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projects
    • Knowledge of Procore is a plus
    • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Excel and Word are required
    • Strong Technical and communication skills are critical
