Decision Support Project Specialist jobs in Lehi, UT

The Special Projects and Support Leader is part of the Operations Leadership Team and is responsible for working directly with the Chief Operations Officer and leadership team, to ensure each project is coordinated and, executed well with the right amount of cross-collaboration within Operations or within other functional teams to ensure each project meets the desired outcomes and objectives within the established timeline.

This leader will be responsible for building strong relationships across the entire organization in order to ensure the right resources and teams are brought together and collaborate well so that all special projects are successful.

This leader is also responsible for learning the entire operations of the store as well as each corporate team in order to adequately collaborate and be an influential resource for the Chief Operations Officer.

As part of the responsibilities of this role, this leader will also help with administrative tasks such as meeting set-up, meeting facilitation, and organization. Create resources for successful communications or presentations as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Special projects coordination and management.
• Creates briefs and concise reports to update and inform teams as necessary on the progress of projects.
• Creates communications and/or visual presentations as necessary.
• Manages the calendar.
• Meeting management: set-up, facilitation and note taking as needed.
• Relationship building.
• Helps build the culture of the operations team through different projects and tasks.
• Coordinates celebrations
• Other Operational support as needed for other team members if necessary

Qualifications

• College degree in operations, management, communications or related field.
• Experience in an operational role within a Crumbl store or food operations is a plus.
• Project management, superior organization, and excellent communication skills with consistent follow through is a must.
• Experience with creating visual communications in an appealing and concise manner.
• Skilled utilization of the suite of mac productivity suite, like Keynote, etc.
• Experience with facilitation of meetings, groups, decision making.
• Self-starter, resourceful and motivated to deliver with excellence with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Personal and professional, ability to listen to others well and synthesize information for executive teams.
