Responsibilities:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of and logistical support for all training programs, catering needs, proofing of printed support materials for training programs, distribution of training materials, and the physical set-up of training rooms as needed.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for all training programs including registration, communication with participants and presenters, preparation of printed training materials/supplies, and training room set-up.

Act as liaison with the Catering Team regarding Support Center events. Communicate schedules and numbers for all culinary needs, attend culinary stand-up meetings as scheduled and share updates or dietary restrictions promptly.

Review and approve all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

Assist Training Specialist with orientation events as scheduled by greeting attendees, responding to questions and providing any needed technical assistance.

Assist Onboarding Specialist with logistics as needed.
- Maintain records of all training events in SharePoint and provide reports on travel, expenses, etc. as needed.

Proof all printed materials for training programs.

Assist with the Training Center set-up for trainings/meetings. Ensure area is kept in a clean and orderly manner during events.

Field questions and requests regarding training as needed.

May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Four (4) year degree from an accredited university in Organizational Development, Human Resources or other related major preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with desktop applications: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SharePoint knowledge preferred.

Strong analytical, logistical, problem-solving, conceptual thinking and decision-making skills ensuring attention to detail and high level of accuracy within a required timeframe
