Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters.     M1 is looking for an Egress Specialist:
    • Performs aircraft egress systems repair/maintenance tasks under technical guidance and supervision.
    • Performs tasks with minimum supervision.
    • Coordinates maintenance activities with senior egress personnel as required.
    • Performs maintenance and inspections of aircraft egress systems.
    • Conducts test of harnesses after cleaning/repair.
    • Performs system troubleshooting tasks.
    • Performs operational checks of assigned systems.
    • Annotates maintenance actions in aircraft records and is knowledgeable in CAMS documentation.
    • Practices good housekeeping, tool control, FOD awareness/prevention, and safety at all times.
    • Must obtain all certifications required to perform the job requirements.
    • May be selected to perform special certifications including Red X inspections, if no qualified volunteers, then most
    qualified person may be selected.
    • May be assigned to maintain TO files, bench stock, shop stock, CTKs, or hazardous waste areas.
    • Shall assist other personnel and work centers as directed.
    • Must promote Company values, policies, and standards of conduct.
    • Must be customer oriented and ensure professional coordination with Operations and other base agencies.
    • Shall perform other duties assigned to include TDY and travel.
    • Must be able to work day shift, night shift, or weekend duty as required.
    • Receives cross-utilization training and is qualified to perform those maintenance tasks.
    Additional Requirements:
    • A working knowledge of the repair of aircraft egress systems and of the use of associated schematic diagrams, charts and
    drawings is required.

    • Must possess knowledge of the applicable technical orders, related publications and safety regulations.
    • High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
    • Specialized courses in egress systems maintenance are desired.
    • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
    • A minimum of two years recent experience in aircraft egress system maintenance and completion of a basic egress
    system maintenance course is required.
    • The basic course requirement may be waived by HQ AETC if there is extensive hands on, practical experience.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a flight line driver’s license and may be required to obtain and maintain a class CDL.
    • Physical exertion requirement is heavy.
