    Description of Position: Assistant Property Managers work with an outstanding team of property managers and leasing specialists for multiple sites. On-the-job training for this position includes leasing, finance, and general property management with the expectation that you will advance into the property management position.

    • Compensation range between $20-22/hour depending on education/experience

    • Affordable housing industry experience is a plus, however, we will consider candidates with diverse skills and backgrounds
    • Must be able to lift and transport various materials weighing up to 30lbs
    • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance
