We have a long history of empowering individuals, by working in partnership with their families or guardians, to be responsive to their loved one’s specific needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Site Manager in the Cuyahoga County area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• 5 points or less on BMV record
• Must be 21 years of age
• Able to pass background requirements and drug testing
• Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities as a DSP/Team Lead

Position Description:

• Supervise DSP staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service sites
• Assure services are being provided to consumers based on their ISP/IEP/IHP
• Assure compliance to CSS policies and procedures by training staff and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.
• Oversee living arrangements of consumers
• Assist with health/hygiene practices
• Prepare meals
• Provide counsel, comfort, or encouragement to individuals
• Document client behaviors
• Maintain ledgers and bookkeeping of consumers (tracking receipts, documenting expenses)
