Dean of Undergraduate Programs manages administrative functions of the undergraduate program. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Undergraduate Programs leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Undergraduate Programs requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Undergraduate Programs manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. · Teacher/Counselor II must require a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field. Wage is $20.00/hour.

Academy Programs needs mentors to guide youth in our residential facility! Be a mentor, coach, counselor, role model and guide as you lead a small group of students through a day filled with opportunities to learn and grow. Guide your group in the completion of outdoor/experiential activities and group games. Coach your team as they experience the value of fair play and sportsmanship via a wide variety of intramural athletic programming. Role model the importance of experiencing joy in each day. Mentor students to develop essential and effective daily living skills.
Essential Functions of the Teacher/Counselor:
· Be a member of a team responsible for creating and ensuring innovative strategies to create meaningful change in the life of a child.
· Provide leadership and direction to students while challenging them to perform at peak levels as they engage in successful completion of the days’ activities.
· Teacher/Counselors attend class, and assist students in improving academic performance.
· Role model and implement effective problem-solving skills and strategies for overcoming challenges each and every day.
· Coach a team of students in the skills required to enhance individual and team performance in intramural athletic events such as, basketball, flag football, softball, volleyball, etc.
· Maintain a positive peer culture as a Teacher/Counselor and encourage the development of pro-social group dynamics.
· Assess, re-direct and mentor students in the development and enhancement of pro-social skills.
· Document daily progress of each youth, as you assist the youth with their new coping skills.
