Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients
- Perform medication inventory management and ordering
- Enter prescription information into the computer system accurately
- Prepare sterile IV medications using aseptic technique

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication administration

Experience:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
- Experience working as a pharmacy technician in an independent pharmacy setting preferred
- Proficiency in nonsterile compounding techniques
- Knowledge of medication names, uses, and dosages
- Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems for prescription processing and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
