The Director of Graduate Business Programs will be primarily responsible for all operations within the graduate business programs of the school of business and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree with management experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of success in managing successful organizations

• Administrative oversight of graduate business degree programs , recruiting of students and product development
• Scheduling classes in coordination with the undergraduate director, counseling potential students, representing the department and school in special events, providing input to the Dean regarding graduate faculty performance, recruiting and hiring adjunct instructors, and supervising the graduate business program’s administrative staff
• Supervise student recruitment, marketing, admissions and other duties related to student services
• Oversight of MBA cohort programs and coordinator with graduate programs across campus
