Being a Dean of Communications leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Additionally, Dean of Communications requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Communications manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Tower Foreman Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have an emphasis and higher understanding of:
· Capstan operations, Crane/signaling, Rigging, Steal work (hanging sector mounts, mount modifications, antennas, Radios, etc.) and capture both RET screenshots, and azimuth screenshots.
· Understand full quality and safety procedures.
· Developed management skills in running their team in day-to-day operations.
· Expert in reading and understanding CD’s/RFDS/Structural / Mount Analysis, etc.
· Expert in FULL COP process including photos, forms, etc.
· Expert level of knowledge with testing equipment –Anritsu, Fiber tester, PIM, RET etc.
· Expert in reading, understanding, and troubleshooting based on site checks.
· Foreman will be responsible for COP deliverables to the COP / Management team.
· Foreman will be responsible for production reporting, hours, time off, new/damaged equipment needs etc. to the management team.
· All crew tools equipment and vehicles are expected to be cared for as part of a daily process.
· Submit all required daily and weekly paperwork. (JSA, Weekly safety topics, crane/heavy machinery forms, vehicle inspections, DFR’s, etc.)
