Dean of Communications manages administrative functions of the college of communications. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Communications leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Communications requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Communications manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Communications typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     The Role:

    • Sell Fiber Internet and Phone services to assigned residential neighborhoods
    • Build, manage, and grow relationships with a diverse client base
    • Enhance customer experiences through expert knowledge and exceptional service offerings
    • Schedule installations for customers
    • Track and maintain relevant data utilizing internal systems and processes
    • Meet weekly/monthly/annual sales goals and quotas
    • Participate in continuous training regarding services and product we offer

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license and transportation with relevant insurance
    • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (Background Check)
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
    • Ability to travel regionally and work flexible hours
    • Driven and motivated to exceed sales goals
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
    • Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
