- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the dealer network
- Identify and onboard new dealers, ensuring alignment with our brand values and sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related matters
- Provide training, support, and resources to dealers to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecast, performance reports, and market analysis for management review
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure seamless dealer interactions and efficient issue resolution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver effective promotional campaigns to drive dealer sales
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field equivalent experience
- 5 years related sales experience to include account management
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50%, or as required
- Previous experience developing and facilitating small group training sessions with "how to" instruction.
- Proven experience in sales and account management
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Superior presentation and training skills
