Position Summary:

Requirements:
- Experience in education, childcare, or adult care
- Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Higher education preferred (Certificate/Certificate, associate degree, or equivalent)
- Child-related experience or degree is advantageous
- Knowledge of Montessori teaching methods is beneficial
- Maintain Iowa DHS approval for working in a licensed childcare center
- Basic computer and math skills
