Main responsibilities:
Will serve as FP&A lead for the Database organization. Support Rhythm of Business activities (e.g. planning and budgeting cycles) in line with corporate and business requirements. Develop financial and business models, with an emphasis on product level insights. Enable cost efficiencies across the organization, through data insight and business partnership. Own key gross margin reporting and work streams to provide financial health reporting and critical metrics.
In this role, you will be part of a team advising the OCI product and engineering organization with end-to-end P&L ownership. Team members must be able to understand both the big picture and underlying details with the ability to lead product specific projects. Will establish reporting for the full Database portfolio, enabling understanding of customers inclusive of On Premise and Cloud. Will track Database customer lifecycle, providing insight on contribution to Database portfolio financials and migration impact.
