Job Summary: Assists the ProAct IT department with requests for reports from clients, management, and staff in an accurate, organized and timely manner. Helps with the management/audit of daily, monthly, ad-hoc and quarterly standardized reporting requests. Utilizes CRM system to document and respond to requests making sure SLA’s are met.
