KwiKom is seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Report Writer with expertise in integrating and visualizing data from multiple business systems such as HubSpot, MySQL databases, and API interactions with multiple SaaS data sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with a focus on extracting insights from disparate data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs from a variety of data sources.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Design and implement data models within Power BI to effectively aggregate and analyze data from a variety of data sources.

Extract, transform, and load data from a variety of data sources into Power BI for analysis and reporting purposes.

Create interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into sales, marketing, and customer engagement metrics.

Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.

Optimize report performance and efficiency by identifying opportunities for data model optimization and query tuning.

Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI to leverage new functionalities for reporting and analysis.

Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Power BI reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI reports into business processes and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards, preferably with a focus on HubSpot data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• HubSpot certification(s) is a plus.
• Power BI certification(s) is a plus.
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
