Your Role

• Observe and gather detailed information from subject-matter experts and combine, organize, and write technical instructional manuals for our manufacturing team.
• Moving step-by-step through factory topics with Subject Matter Experts taking notes and photographs for new documentation along the way
• Display visual illustrative pictures, blueprints, diagrams, and charts with easy-to-follow instructions.
• Proofread and edit documents for accuracy in grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
• Test documentation with experts to ensure the manual is complete with procedure instructions.

Required Skills

• Proficient in MS Office
• Advanced written and verbal Skills
• Experience in Technical Writing preferred.
• Photographic skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30 - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 – 2:00 pm

Work Location: In Person
