- Design and maintain configuration management of ERG's reporting portfolio
- Work with report users to define and document requirements for new reports/queries and modifications to existing reports/queries
- Develop and maintain Cognos reports that interface primarily with Deltek Costpoint modules
- Manage report security and report distribution
- Develop and maintain dashboards and apply data visualization and user interface best practices
- Develop application-specific reports using Cognos, Access, and Excel
- Generate and maintain administrator and user documentation, including training and reference materials
- Work independently and with a team to solve problems involving complex and large data sets
- Support technical upgrades through testing and troubleshooting prior to application system changes
- Provide skills and knowledge transfer to employees in applicable areas
- Provide outstanding customer service to company personnel
- BA/BS preferred, with 3-10 years of experience with Cognos reporting and development
- Three years of experience with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time Collection
- Experience with SQL development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate with users to design, develop, and implement new reporting solutions and changes to existing designs based on unique requirements
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Exceptional time management skills
