Database Marketing Manager manages a staff of analysts responsible for the maintenance of the organization's marketing database. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and may be responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, or evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Being a Database Marketing Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Database Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Database Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the whole marketing team, along with working alongside all other departments to ensure that all marketing needs are being met. They will also develop, maintain, and coordinate marketing operations including but not limited to advertising, promotions, special events and budgets.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with sales team to manage marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate with Business Development to identify potential new markets and create entry plans.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
    • Develop marketing strategies for advertising products and ensure campaigns align. with budget constraints and market trends.
    • Manage a variety of marketing initiatives and proactively seek out new opportunities.
    • Maintain brand and message consistency throughout our marketing literature and company messaging.
    • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies through different means such as digital or database marketing.
    • This job requires flexibility. You may be asked to assist with other duties to achieve the mission of the association.
    • Oversee and assist with social media, when needed.
    • Collaborates with executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
    • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.

    • Customer Service and engagement.
    • Communicate clearly to management and staff on business performance and direction. So, they are aware how the facility is performing.
    • Manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
    • Competent with Technology: Ability to competently use business software including Word, Excel, Email, TEAMS

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Manage all of the marketing team
    • Provide leadership to the marketing team

     

    Qualifications:

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 5 years of experience in a marketing management
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus
    • Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of organization and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
    • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, surveys, etc.)
    • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus
    • Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
