Balanced Action Marketing Firm is taking their years of retail marketing experience and launching a brand new client focused on promotional campaigns in the automotive sector. In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Manager in Training immediately to help us with our campaigns in the Northern Dallas area, covering Plano, Carrolton, Frisco, McKinney, and Rockwall.

The Manager in Training will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes.

Our client is seeking to hire a Manager In Training:

Car Keys Express Training:

• Customer acquisition
• Sales processing
• Cutting/programming key fobs
• Inputting information into client portal

Responsibilities:

• Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to code
• Creating automotive keys and programming transponders
• Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales
• Manage on-site Inventory
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Be able to work collaboratively and individually
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
• Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles
