    SUMMARY:

    Working with the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Office of Admissions team, optimize enrollment size, academic and demographic markers. This includes utilizing internal resources as well as evaluating potential external Admissions Systems and Data Manager supports enrollment by providing oversight and maintenance of all enrollment software and databases. This position aids in establishing the direction, goals, plans, implementation, and strategies of the department by providing expertise in cross-functional data and information systems and by delivering actionable analysis. This position models admission scenarios to vendors for enrollment modeling.

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as a representative of Southwestern Seminary and Texas Baptist College and its Admissions Office
    • Actively recruit students to Southwestern Seminary and Texas Baptist College
    • Work towards achieving assigned territory and institutional enrollment goals
    • Ability to clearly and simply articulate the value propositions of SWBTS, its degree programs, and the specific requirements for completing the application process
    • Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to provide oversee admissions data and processes.
    • Assist with on-campus events including, but not limited to: Preview Days, Orientation, SWBTS Graduation, etc.
    • Champion prospective students and their families as they consider becoming a Southwesterner.
    • Assist the Director of Admissions in tasks related to accomplishing Admissions’ mission statement

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10 years of leadership experience in corporate communications or public relations role,Bachelor’s degree, preferred Master’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Experience leading a team with proven ability to communicate and delegate tasks.
    • Ability to manage relationships with marketing and PR agencies.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills. Demonstrated proficiency in writing and editing.
    • Excellent project management, time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Ability to maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism, and to handle sensitive and proprietary financial information.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Commitment to the vision, mission and values of Logan University.

      COMPUTER SKILLS:

      To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher and ability to learn new programs as needed.
