Job responsibilities include:

• Generate leads for sales department.
• Hire, train, and develop marketing department.
• Reserve, organize, and work lead generating events.
• Assist call center manager, ultimately obtaining the ability to perform their duties and fill in for their position if necessary.

Must-have:

• 2 years marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven skills in telemarketing, trade shows, and canvassing.
• Energetic, self-motivated, results driven.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work days including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, efficient, manages time wisely.

Nice-to-have:

• Skilled in production of marketing materials, including advertisements, print & digital ads, website, social media, SEO, branding, managing online reputation, etc. to ensure all elements are current and consistent.
• Working knowledge with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
