Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. Ensures that the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion. Additionally, Database Marketing Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Database Marketing Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

    Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Lead Millwright is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of millwrights to ensure that jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and company goals are adhered to in the timely completion of projects. Leads in the repair, maintenance and installation of grain and material handling equipment.
    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Ensures that installation, erection, & maintenance of equipment and systems are delivered according to company needs.
    Plans, directs, and coordinates activities involved with the installation and maintenance of company owned equipment.
    Assists with the millwright labor schedule.
    Install, repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools, welding equipment and other necessary machines.
    Maintain trucks, equipment/tools needed to conduct daily business, to ensure all is in good working order.
    Perform mechanical and hydraulic repairs as required.
    Moves machinery and equipment.
    Reads blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
    Climb and work from heights.
    Successfully communicate with internal and external customers.
    Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.

    REQUIREMENTS
    Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 5 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of grain equipment including but not limited to: grain legs, conveyors, towers, catwalks, grain bins, and grain dryers. Knowledge of grain handling systems, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and the ability to understand, design and layout plans, blueprints and electrical schematics is recommended. Proficient in welding and working with hand and power tools. A valid CDL driver’s license is required.
