SUMMARY: This position provides technical and administrative assistance to staff within Technology Services as well as support to the organization as a whole via data and analysis of systems and operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working independently with multiple groups/agencies including vendors, consultants, contractors, various municipalities, jurisdictions,state agencies, and legal counsels pertaining to District projects as well as supervising the preparation, negotiation, analysis, collection and review of data that relates to the operations of software, services, products, or supplies associated with administrative and instructional functions . This person is relied upon to automate and integrate computer solutions to manage and disseminate information, plan and schedule meetings and maintain administrative records while conducting research for IT projects and is adept at using technological means to complete these duties.
